48V 314Ah LiFePO4 Battery Enclosure
Our 48V 314Ah LiFePO4 battery enclosure is a vertical floor-standing metal housing designed for high-capacity energy storage systems, DIY battery pack assembly, solar energy storage and backup power applications.
The SLT48V battery enclosure is designed for a 16 × 314Ah LiFePO4 battery cell configuration. It provides a structured mechanical housing for organizing and protecting the battery pack while allowing the required BMS and electrical components to be integrated according to the customer's system design.
The enclosure measures 805 × 416 × 237 mm and is manufactured from 1.2mm SGCC galvanized steel with a powder-coated surface. Four caster wheels provide convenient movement and positioning during installation and maintenance.
This model is supplied as an empty battery enclosure. Battery cells, BMS and other electrical components are not included unless separately specified.

This 314Ah battery enclosure is designed around a 16-cell configuration using LiFePO4 battery cells measuring approximately 173.7 × 71.7 × 207.2 mm per cell.
The internal space and enclosure structure are designed to provide an organized housing solution for high-capacity battery pack assembly.
For projects using different battery cells or configurations, customized enclosure dimensions and internal structures can be developed according to the actual battery specifications.
1.2mm SGCC Galvanized Steel Construction
The main enclosure structure is manufactured from 1.2mm SGCC galvanized steel.
The metal construction provides a practical and robust housing structure for energy storage battery pack integration. The exterior is finished with powder coating and can be supplied in black or white.
The material, thickness and surface treatment can also be customized for OEM projects according to application requirements.
Vertical Floor-Standing Design
The 805 × 416 × 237 mm vertical design provides a compact floor-standing housing solution for a 48V 314Ah battery configuration.
Four caster wheels are included to make the enclosure easier to move and position during installation or maintenance.
